When you complete the Buyer Business Fit Assessment we collect the name, email address, phone number, and preferred California market you provide, your answers to the assessment questions, the permissions you grant, and basic technical information such as the page you arrived from and any campaign parameters in the link you used.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your assessment summary, to respond to you, and to consider whether a business opportunity may be relevant to your stated criteria. We do not sell your information. Marketing email and phone or text contact occur only where you have granted that permission, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Retention and your choices
We keep assessment submissions for as long as needed to support an ongoing buyer relationship, unless you ask us to delete them. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact California Business Ventures using the details published on this site.
Analytics
We record a small number of anonymous events, such as when an assessment is started or completed, to understand how the site is used. These events do not include your answers and are not used for advertising.
